Our healthy lifestyle theme is about how we can keep ourselves fit, healthy and happy during our everyday lives.

  • What is sleep and why it is important for us.
  • How to get a better night’s sleep and relaxation techniques we can use to achieve this.
  • What healthy habits are and why it's important we stick to them.
  • What energy is and where it comes from.
  • Why energy is important for us to keep healthy & well.
  • How we can boost our energy.
  • To identify hobbies and the importance of them.
  • What mindfulness is.
  • Techniques to help you feel calm.
