Our Story

A healthy school is a happy place to be…

It was Adam Shakesheave who first met Caroline Siddel back in 2018. He saw her deliver a keynote to Heads and Senior Leads of primary and secondary schools in Staffordshire about Mental Health. What Adam heard that day inspired him to reach out to Caroline after the event.

It was also around this time that Adam had gone through some trauma in his own personal life and coupled with what he heard from Caroline that day it spurred him to do something to directly support primary children with their own health and wellbeing.

At LivWell our aim is to directly support teachers with training and curriculum content that inspires, empowers, encourages and equips children with strategies to become the best version of themselves.

Meet the LivWell Creators

LivWell brings together Caroline, Eddie, and Adam’s combined experience of over 50 years working within education and they’ve seen first-hand the steady decline in young people’s health and wellbeing.

We believe LivWell can be a springboard for schools to support pupils wellbeing with clear outcomes that puts the ‘child first’.
